Written questions are due Monday, October 5, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Only written addenda or formal written clarifications issued to registered RFP holders are binding. Sealed proposals are due Monday, October 19, 2026 at 2:00 PM and must be delivered to: Town of TiconderogaOffice of the Town Clerk132 Montcalm StreetTiconderoga, NY 12883 Four complete hard copies and one electronic copy on USB must be submitted in a sealed package. Emailed proposals will not be accepted as the official submission. There will be no scheduled pre-proposal meeting or site visit. Timely proposals will be publicly opened at the submission deadline. The New York State Department of State has established a 30% MWBE participation goal consisting of 15% MBE and 15% WBE participation for these procurements. Each respondent MUST submit and commit to a compliant MWBE Utilization Plan. No waiver will be accepted for these procurements.
