Track & Structures Engineering

The On-Call Program Management and Engineering Consultant Services contract provides the Maryland Transit Administration Track and Structural Engineering Division with essential technical, engineering, and project management support. Over a five-year term, the contract focuses on delivering program oversight and technical assistance to mitigate risks and resolve issues during the design and construction of major capital projects. These services support systemwide enhancements, expansions, and State of Good Repair initiatives across the Metro, Light Rail, Freight, and MARC systems. The scope of work is designed to maintain critical infrastructure and allows for the potential inclusion of future New Start projects to further expand the transit network.
