THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Invitation for Bid (IFB). The agency requires the procurement, delivery, and installation of a permanent 400m electronic track pacing system for the outdoor track at Kadena AB, Japan. The required system must consist of LED lights installed along the inside rail of a standard 400-meter track, positioned just above the track surface.
