Full Description

Site Plan Review Permit No. 2025-01 and Administrative Use Permit No. 2025-02 pertaining to a portion of one (1) parcel (APN 025-130-14S) located on the northeast corner of West Whitesbridge Road (State Route 180) and North Vineland Avenue to facilitate the development of a farm and feed retail store that includes a fenced outdoor display area and a live goods center. The building would be approximately 23,957 square feet, with approximately 20,000 square feet of outdoor display area.
