This subcontract for Traffic Control and Management supports prime contractors on Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration projects across the state. The scope of work involves the implementation of Traffic Control Plans and the deployment of safety devices in strict accordance with the Maryland Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. The contractor is required to utilize high-visibility safety apparel and devices that comply with MASH and NCHRP Report 350 standards. Key deliverables include the provision of a certified and executed Traffic Control Plan along with the execution of daily operational traffic management to ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.
