DESCRIPTION: The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking a contractor to provide traffic control services in the province of Quebec for its summer and fall programs. Each year, the NCC faces an overflow of visitors that wish to access Gatineau Park’s popular sites by motorized vehicle. During the summer and fall seasons, some sites reach their capacity and require active traffic management operations. TERM: The term of the resulting Contract and Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) will be for a period of three (3) years commencing on the date of award and ending on March 31st, 2026. The Contractor grants to the NCC the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract and the SOA by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions. BID DEADLINE: No later than 3 p.m. DST on March 30, 2023 by email at contact@example.gov with a reference to tender file #MA065-A. INQUIRIES: To ensure the integrity of this Contract/RFSO process, all enquiries and other communications must be directed only to Micheline Al-Koutsi, Senior Contract Officer by email at contact@example.gov no later than five (5) business days prior to tender closing date in order to be considered by the NCC.
