It is in/near the City of Everett in Snohomish County, Washington, as detailed on the DISTRICT drawings. Contractors must be currently on the District’s Small Works Roster category “Flagging and Traffic Control” prior to bidding on this project All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to contact@example.gov .
