Scope: The City of Pomona is seeking informal quotes from qualified companies for Traffic Signal Equipment used within the City, in accordance with the Scope of Service or Specifications stated herein.  The City seeks to award a five year agreement. The City reserves the right to award this contract, all or in part to multiple contractors.
Notes: PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: Any such increase shall not exceed the percentage change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim, CA, All Items, Not Seasonally Adjusted (Series ID: CUURS49BSA0), as published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, for the most recent 12-month period for which data is available at the time of renewal. In no event shall the rate increase exceed this CPI percentage change. Vendors requesting a price increase shall do so no less than 30 days prior to amendment.
