NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Holloman AFB, New Mexico has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Acutronic USA, Inc., 700 Waterfront Dr., Pittsburgh, PA15222-4742. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334511, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This purchase order will be for the purchase of a new ACUTROL 3000e controller with Windows 10 and three (3) Windows 10 software upgrades for three (3) existing ACUTROL 3000e controllers. Vendors can find a draft requirements document attached for reference. The anticipated award date is 31 Aug 2020. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, a bid, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 19 Aug 2020 at 1:00 PM MDT.
