Noun: Transformer NSN 5950-00-620-2911. Approved sources: OECO(95266) P/N 6430,Staco (83008) P/N 091-1006,and Superior Electronics (58474) P/N 5-1035. Full and Open Competition applies. This is an Unrestricted procurement however RFQ contains Clause I09C05 stating procurement will be restricted to manufactures waived for First Article Testing only. Unit of issue is EACH. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
