The vendor must provide traceability to the source identified on their quote in accordance with the traceability STO (Standard Technical Oject). The STO information must be included at time of providing quote. The intent is to award and RFP with a 50% option. Delivery is 140 days. FOB is Destination/Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. See Solicitation for specific requirements. Various increments will be solicited. First price range is 100 each to 199 each. Second price range will be 250 each to 499 each; Third price range will be 500 each to 878 each. There is also 5001 clin for the option quantity of 293 each, make sure this is completely fill out. The Solicitation will be available for download on the internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. On the issue date. Hard copies of this Solicitation are not available. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
