Full Description

This is a purchase of (125) Tundra Intergrated Circuits. The part number is CA91C078A-33IQ. The unit of issue is each. This product is a sole source with distribution from Silicon 360. The proposed contract action is for supplies for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received prior to the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed INSERT EITHER PRUCHASE ORDER OR CONTRACT based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) pages located at http://fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at heep://www.neco.navy.mil.
