The Government will not reimburse respondents for any cost(s) associated with submission of the information being requested. The purpose of this RFI is to seek feedback from current and new vendors on a new specification for Transparent Armor, and to announce an opportunity for interested industry to participate in an industry day. The USMC intends to implement this performance specification for future Cougar TA orders through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The USMC also intends to establish additional sources of supply for Cougar TA. The objective of this RFI is to seek interest from potential sources for Cougar TA, seek industry comments regarding the draft TA Performance Specification, and to announce an Industry Day that will provide additional information to potential sources of Cougar TA and allow for direct interface with the USMC MRAP Program Office. Industry attendees will have the opportunity to meet privately with the PM office personnel to ask questions, in order to improve the information they will provide in response to the RFI (see below). Advance registration is required for attendance. Vendors should notify the Contracting office by no later than close of business 13 July 2016 in order to make an appointment for a meeting at the Industry Day. The interested parties shall further agree that it shall not disclose any of the GFI to any person other than its subcontractors, suppliers, or prospective subcontractors or suppliers, who require any of the GFI to submit offers for, or perform, contracts under this effort. Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration
Solicitation # M6785426I4208
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research via Request for Information M67854-26-I-4208 to identify commercial partners for the Marine Corps Cyberspace Environment (MCCE) Operational Support Services (OSS) and Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration. The primary objective is to secure skilled, professional IT touch-labor services under a Government-Owned, Government-Operated, Contractor-Supported (GOGOCS) model. While the focus remains on providing DCWF-certified personnel, the government is seeking innovative ways to integrate AI and automation as embedded components of the service delivery model to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual labor costs over time. The government is specifically exploring service-based ordering models, such as procuring hours of service or specific outcomes rather than individual labor categories. For pricing purposes, any contractor-provided proprietary tooling costs must be included within fully burdened labor rates, as this is a services acquisition. Interested respondents must submit a capabilities narrative limited to five pages, a vendor comment matrix in Excel format with a 300-word limit per cell, and optional supplementary materials not exceeding fifteen pages. The current response deadline is November 3, 2026, at 1:00 P.M.
