Solicitation # 100226
The Greater Richmond Transit Company (GRTC) has issued Expression of Interest 100226 to gather industry input for the development of a technology-enabled mobility network in Virginia. The primary objective is to establish a flexible system providing safe, reliable, and accessible transportation through two primary service models: CARE Plus, which offers fare-free service for eligible customers, and CARE On-Demand, which provides same-day transportation.
