Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors (“TEC” or the “Province”) intends to post a Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) by the end of September 2026 to solicit Submissions from firms interested in providing construction services for the following project: BF73949, DUNVEGAN BRIDGE REHABILITATION AND OTHER WORK The project involves major superstructure rehabilitation for BF73949, Dunvegan Bridge, which carries Highway 2:68 over the Peace River at Dunvegan. Procurement Process A “qualification based” selection process will be employed for evaluation of RFQ Submissions. Only those Respondents notified of being short-listed (prequalified) will be invited to participate in the subsequent Tender process. Project Delivery The project delivery method will be Design-Bid-Build. The Contractor will construct the Project in accordance with the technical requirements of the Tender and must comply with all applicable national, provincial, and municipal laws, codes, standards, regulations, and by-laws.
