The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Procurement Section is issuing this urgent Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procuring the rental of the transportation of a barge, vessel, and boat within the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands for disaster declaration 4910-MP.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12, and part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
