The Department of the Air Force, through the 18th Contracting Squadron, is conducting market research via a Sources Sought notice to identify qualified contractors for the construction of ten Earth Covered Magazines (ECMs) at Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. The project, planned for the 2027 to 2029 timeframe, requires the delivery of blast-resistant storage infrastructure for munitions and explosives.
