Les Travaux se dérouleront de mars 2026 à décembre 2026. Les documents d’appel d’offres, tout document auquel ils renvoient, de même que tout document additionnel qui y est lié, doivent être obtenus via le système électronique d’appel d’offres (le « SEAO ») au http://www.seao.ca. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent acquitter les frais liés à l’obtention de ces documents.
