Travel Alberta is inviting qualified service providers to submit quotes for ergonomic review services aimed at evaluating in-office workspaces and corporate areas to enhance employee health, safety, and productivity. The scope of work includes conducting individual assessments of workstations to identify ergonomic risks, providing practical and actionable recommendations for adjustments, offering guidance on equipment configuration, and delivering written reports aligned with occupational health and safety standards. While on-site evaluations are expected, the service does not involve the purchase or provision of new furniture or equipment. The vendor must demonstrate proven experience delivering professional ergonomic assessments in office settings and be capable of delivering clear, evidence-based guidance that supports long-term workplace well-being. Proposals must be submitted by June 1, 2026, and must strictly adhere to the outlined submission process; any non-compliant submissions will be rejected. Travel Alberta retains the right to decline proposals that do not meet requirements, regardless of price, and is not obligated to select the lowest bidder. The contract is open to qualified providers who can show expertise in workplace ergonomics and a track record of effective, client-focused outcomes in corporate environments.
