Tree Cutting Streetcar Line & Vegetation Clearance Documents available in Procureware.

The New Orleans Regional Transit Authority is soliciting bids under solicitation number NORTA-IFB-2026-039 for qualified vendors to provide tree trimming and vegetation removal services. The primary objective of this contract is to maintain necessary clearance around power lines and catenary infrastructure for streetcar lines within Louisiana. This procurement is strictly limited to eligible Small Business Enterprises (SBE) in compliance with the RTA SBE Program and 49 CFR Part 26.39. To qualify, businesses must be at least 51 percent owned by an economically disadvantaged person, meet SBA size standards, have a personal net worth not exceeding 2.047 million dollars, and maintain annual gross receipts below 30.72 million dollars.
