Trial Advocacy Training Lodging and Meeting Space

The National Labor Relations Board is seeking a contractor to provide lodging and meeting space for a Trial Advocacy Training Conference scheduled from September 14 to September 18, 2026, in one of five designated cities: Chicago, Illinois; Denver, Colorado; San Diego, California; Atlanta, Georgia; or Washington, DC. The venue must accommodate up to 140 participants, including 135 guests for four nights and five guests for five nights, with all rooms required to offer high-speed Wi-Fi and be ADA-compliant. Technical submissions are limited to 25 pages total, covering approach and past performance, with offerors required to provide references for at least three comparable federal contracts performed within the last three years. Award will be based on an integrated assessment of technical merit, past performance, and price, with the goal of selecting the most advantageous offer to the government.
