Travis Air Force Base's 349th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron plans to procure 10 TRULINK AeroMed Kits, which include Bose A30 Headsets and TruLink Portable Transceivers, identified by part number 780-0075-001, to enhance in-flight communication capabilities. The specific equipment is mission critical as it must be fully compatible with the squadron’s existing Aircraft Wireless Intercommunication System (AWIS). Due to the proprietary nature of the TruLink transceivers, the procurement will be conducted as a sole-source acquisition from TTM Technologies, the Original Equipment Manufacturer and exclusive supplier. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and award a firm-fixed-price purchase order, with technical and price factors influencing the award expected on or around July 10, 2026. Although this notice is a pre-solicitation and not a solicitation itself, all responsible sources are invited to submit quotations or proposals as appropriate. No set-asides or special qualifications aside from authorization to supply the required kit are specified. The procurement will be managed by the Department of Defense’s 60th Contracting Squadron located at Travis AFB, California, with points of contact available for further inquiries.
