IA-048 Section 22, Township 74 North, Range 17 West, Mahaska County, Iowa Sealed bids will be received by the Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship, Division of Soil Conservation and Water Quality, 1305 East Walnut Street, Des Moines, Iowa, 50319, until 3:00 p.m. local time, on the 26th day of September, 2025 and opened at a public meeting and read aloud on the date last mentioned. A pre-bid conference will be held on September 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., ISU Extension Office, 210 N Iowa Street, Knoxville, Iowa, 50138, telephone: +1 (555) 000-0000. Attendance at the pre-bid conference by prospective bidders is not mandatory but is encouraged.
