Tulare Lake Compost (TLC) – Custom Farming and Property Maintenance

The Los Angeles County Sanitation District is seeking custom farming and property maintenance services for approximately 14,000 acres of agricultural land at the Tulare Lake Compost facility located in Kettleman City, California. The contract spans a three-year period from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029.
