The South Dakota National Guard has a requirement for Turnout Firefighter protective equipment for both structure and wildland firefighting. This will require the contractor to measure and fit the individual firefighters at the training location in Rapid City, SD. This will be a 100% small business set aside resulting in a firm fixed price contract. An active Sam.gov registration is required for this contract. Questions will only be answered by amendment. All questions must be submitted by email to andrew.j.kennedy16.civ@army.mil by June 15th, 2026. Submit quotes by email to andrew.j.kennedy16.civ@army.mil by June 23rd, 2026 at 12:00 MDT. This solicitation has been amended to include a vendor question and answer sheet. Please provide a signed copy of the amendment (SF 30) with your offer. This solicitation was amended on June 22nd, 2026. The clause 252.225-7012 was removed and an updated quote sheet was provided. The offer due date was also extended to July 9th, 2026.
