This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 12444126Q0032 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, and management necessary to provide custodial services described herein. All work is to be done in accordance with the terms, specifications, and provisions of this contract. All work performed by the Contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and commercial best practices where possible. This is services contract for janitorial services at Tusquitee Ranger District Complex at Nantahala National Forest, North Carolina.


This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720  The small business size standard is $22M  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 


A formal site visit is not scheduled, or required, to submit an offer. Potential Offerors may request a site visit with a minimum of seven (7) calendar days’ advance notice. Unauthorized or unannounced visits to the project location are strictly prohibited. All site visit requests shall be submitted to the Point of Contact (POC) identified in this solicitation.
