THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT OF AWARD: USAGM-SN-21-0005AM TV PROGRAMMING CONTENT The United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM), Office of Contracts (CON) located at 330 Independence Ave, SW Washington, D.C. 20237, intends to award a contract on a sole source basis under FAR part 13 with DCI Communications to deliver a tv-ready, :30 minute episode focusing on war pilots tentatively called �Heroes of the Sky�.
