THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT OF AWARD: USAGM-SN-21-0006AM TV PROGRAMMING CONTENT The United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM), Office of Contracts (CON) located at 330 Independence Ave, SW Washington, D.C. 20237, received an unsolicited proposal received by E. Immer & Co. The Twin Filmmaker that contained a pilot program that was subsequently reviewed and found suitable for our programming line-up. The government accepted the pilot and intends to award a contract on a sole source basis under FAR part 13 with E. Immer & Co. The Twin Filmmaker for nine (9) additional tv-ready, 30-minute episodes focusing on travel throughout Europe. The Government reserves the right to order additional episodes as needed. E. Immer & Co. The Twin Filmmaker�s DUNs number is 480137410. The contract value of the nine episodes awarded is $158,276.87 US dollars. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive price proposals.
