TWO (2) DISHWASHER WASTE SYSTEMS

The U.S. Marine Corps, through the Regional Contracting Office at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina, is conducting market research via a Request for Information to identify qualified vendors capable of supplying two dishwasher waste systems with integrated close-coupled waste handling for food service operations. The systems must feature a 7.5 HP grinder motor with a 30-inch slurry chamber, a 3 HP water extractor, and be capable of processing up to 1000 pounds per hour of mixed food service waste including scraps, paper, plastic, and cardboard. Hardware specifications include a 12-inch stainless steel disk, four stationary blocks with two cutting surfaces, two stainless steel shearing blades, and flanged feet with vibration dampening pads.
