The Department of National Defence (DND), specifically the Director General Defence Security (DGDS) for two (2) Identity Disk Laser Engravers with accessories and equipment usage training. The requirements are to be delivered to the following address:

The equipment must meet the requirements detailed in the Statement of Requirement (SOR) attached as an Annex to the solicitation document.

This Contract includes a security requirement.

Requirement Details:
It is DND’s intention to award a single Contract for this requirement.
Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.
The Bidder that offers the responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for the award of a Contract.
DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.
Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Canada retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
