Two (2) Identity Laser Engravers

The Department of National Defence (DND), specifically the Director General Defence Security (DGDS) for two (2) Identity Disk Laser Engravers with accessories and equipment usage training. The requirements are to be delivered to the following address: Department of National Defence - Pearkes Building Attn: National Defence Identification Services & Identity Management 101 Colonel by Drive, loading dock Ottawa, Ontario K1A 0K2 Canada The equipment must meet the requirements detailed in the Statement of Requirement (SOR) attached as an Annex to the solicitation document. United Nations Standard Products and Services Code (UNSPSC): 27112718 Engravers Level of Security: This Contract includes a security requirement. Applicable Trade Agreements: Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA); Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA); Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCoFTA); Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPaFTA); Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement (CHFTA); Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPeFTA); and Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA). Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement: There will be no set-aside for aboriginal businesses. This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Requirement Details: It is DND’s intention to award a single Contract for this requirement. Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement. The Bidder that offers the responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for the award of a Contract. DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received. Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
