Two (2) Month Contract Holiday Lights - Hope Haven

The Jefferson Parish Government is soliciting bids for a two-month contract to provide and install rental holiday decorations at the Hope Haven property located at 1130 Barataria Boulevard in Marrero, Louisiana. The scope of work involves providing all labor and materials to install decorations along the eastern edge of the property near the decorative fountain, specifically including two sculptural LED lighted trees, LED string lighting for the center pedestal and fountain bowls, and five LED ground-mounted displays under large oak trees. All decorations must be installed and operational by November 24, 2026, and removed after January 9, 2027. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. A critical requirement for the apparent low bidder is the submission of final insurance certificates complying with Jefferson Parish Resolutions No. 136353 or No. 141125 within ten calendar days of the bid opening; failure to do so will result in bid rejection. The contractor is responsible for site cleaning after installation and removal, as well as repairing any site damage caused by their operations. Payment will be issued once the Jefferson Parish Parkways Department verifies that the installation is fully operational.
