The Texas Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for pavement rehabilitation at Haskell Municipal Airport under solicitation number NTB2508HASKL00031, with a deadline for submissions on June 11, 2026. Proposals must include a completed bid form, bid bond, bidder qualifications, addendum acknowledgement, and a HUB Subcontracting Plan, which is required even though the HUB goal is 0%, as any use of HUB subcontractors triggers the obligation. A proposal lacking an up-to-date HSP will be rejected without further consideration.
