TxDOT Aviation Division- Notice to Consultants

The Texas Department of Transportation Aviation Division is soliciting qualifications under RFQ26ALLBRTY00096 for a professional services firm to develop an Airport Layout Plan (ALP) with Narrative for the Liberty Municipal Airport in the City of Liberty, Texas. The scope of work is divided into four primary phases: a kick-off to establish goals and strategic plans, Phase I focusing on aviation demand forecasts and planning standards, Phase II evaluating facility and land use alternatives, and Phase III delivering the final concept plan, Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), and updated ALP.
