Bid opening will be held on June 25, 2024 at the Loysville Community Center, 654 Weavers Mill Road, Loysville, PA 17047. Bid Proposal All bid proposals shall be properly executed without alterations and shall be complete. Bidding documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price, labor and material payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price and maintenance bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Pre-Bid Meeting An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on May 3, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at the proposed site of the Tyrone Township Municipal Building, 3129 Shermans Valley Rd, Loysville, PA 17047.
