Congressman Tom Davis, in cooperation with the U.S. General Services Administration, National Capital Region and George Mason University Procurement Technical Assistance Program at the Mason Enterprise Center, will sponsor a federal procurement conference at the McLean Hilton in McLean, VA on March 22, 2004 from 8:30AM to 3:00PM.
