In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program (PL 109-461), the Department of Veterans Affairs, Sioux Falls, SD, has awarded a sole-source contract with Atlas Research LLC a SDVOSB company to complete cultural sensitivity assessment for the VA Medical Center in Sioux Falls.
