Full Description

The Department of Distance Education, United States Army War College (USAWC) Carlisle Barracks has a requirement for a First Year Studies (FRC) and National Security Policy Strategy (NSPS) course Instructor for the Distance Education Program (a nonresident senior service college) which parallels to the resident program. The Distance Education Program consists of eight distance education courses and two resident courses. The Contractor shall provide course instruction, assessment, guidance, and coordination of staff rides to US Army War College Distance Education Program students for the FRC and NSPS. Contractor shall evaluate student work/submissions and provide feedback. The period of performance is slated to begin on or about 22 September 2010 through 21 September 2011, with four one-year options. This requirement has been set aside 100% for small business. Offerors must be currently registered as a small business in the Central Contractors Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. Further information regarding registration can be obtained at website http://www.ccr.gov. Evaluation of solicitation will be based on source selection basis to include past performance.
