This request invites budgetary quotations to provide specialized training on the operation and maintenance of the ALQ-135 Band 1.5 Countermeasures System for the Royal Saudi Air Force. The training, managed by the Air Education and Training Command under the Security Assistance Training Program, includes instruction for aircraft pilots and electronic warfare officer students on system operation, as well as intermediate-level maintenance training for technicians focused on routine maintenance, inspections, and component replacement. Training will be delivered in English through a combination of formal classroom sessions and hands-on practical exercises, designed to enable students to perform tasks independently using official technical data. The training will be unclassified, can be conducted either within the continental United States or in-country, and currently has no fixed start date or predetermined number of students. Students are required to meet minimum English comprehension levels to ensure effective understanding of instruction and technical materials. Logistic responsibilities vary based on training location: students handle housing and transportation if training occurs in the U.S., while such arrangements are handled by the host country if training takes place in Saudi Arabia. Contractors must outline factors affecting pricing, specify equipment and technical data requirements, and clarify whether these items will be government- or contractor-furnished. Additionally, contractors will be responsible for obtaining necessary country clearances, visas, and security clearances, and will abide by U.S. Government Joint Travel Regulations. This solicitation is for planning and cost estimation purposes only and does not constitute an offer or guarantee of contract award.
