This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG23-12-R-PBR006 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-53. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611512 with a small business size standard of $25.5 Million. The Contractor is to provide a series of courses designed to provide Coast Guard personnel, HC-130H/A1U aircrew training, and HC-130H/J & HC-144 Loadmaster.
