The U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau has a requirement for Group Life Insurance Coverage for its local engaged employees. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. Please see the RFP for the proposal due date and time. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer to email: hkprocurementbids@state.gov prior to the response date and time in the solicitation. Please note that no - zip, exe or dat files will be accepted. File size shall not exceed 10MB per each transmission.
