The U.S. Consulate General São Paulo is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for exterior cleaning and gardening services for the CGR São Paulo in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
To submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of this solicitation, complete all required portions of the attached documents, and submit electronically to the addresses specified below.
BASIS FOR AWARD
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is determined technically acceptable and offers the lowest price. The Government intends to award based on initial quotations without discussion. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary.
PRE-QUOTATION SITE VISIT
A pre-quotation site visit will be held on May 13, 2026 at the US Official Residence, in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Attendance is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. To arrange site visit attendance, contact Juliana Goncalves - goncalvesjp@state.gov no later than close of business, May 11, 2026.
QUOTATION DUE DATE
Quotations are due May 27, 2026, by 5:00 PM (local time). Late quotations will not be considered for award.
