Site Visit:


A site visit is scheduled is 5/7/2026 @9:30 am, the meeting place is the Cemetery Flagpole at Biloxi National Cemetery. The meeting for Vendors shall report to the Parking Lot upon arrival and must arrive on time. Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure a full understanding of the requirements. No additional or repeat site visits will be scheduled.

All vendor questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to the david.hester@va.gov no later 5/8/2026 9:00 am CT. Questions received after this deadline may not be addressed, and answers will be provided via amendment no later than 5/13/2026 on SAM.gov.
