Dear Prospective Quoter:
The U.S. Consulate General São Paulo is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for HVAC Controller Device Replacement in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
To submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of this solicitation, complete all required portions of the attached documents, and submit electronically to the addresses specified below.
BASIS FOR AWARD
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is determined technically acceptable and offers the lowest price. The Government intends to award based on initial quotations without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary.
PRE-QUOTATION SITE VISIT
A pre-quotation site visit will be held on April 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM (local time) at the U.S. Consulate General, Rua Henry Dunant, 700, Santo Amaro, São Paulo.
Attendance is strongly encouraged but not mandatory. To arrange site visit attendance, contact Fernando Maran at MaranFJ@state.gov no later than close of business, April 16, 2026.
QUOTATION DUE DATE
Quotations are due May 4, 2026, by 5:00 PM (local time). Late quotations will not be considered for award.
