Full Description
The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) requires Construction Services for a Newly Acquired Building Staff Housing - Single Family in Johannesburg Consulate General - Johannesburg, South Africa.
The Contractor shall provide complete construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the
management, and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established schedules. Construction documents shall be developed in accordance with the RFP Contract Documents and referenced requirements. The Contractor shall execute the project consistent with the OBO mission to provide the most effective facilities for United States diplomacy abroad. Construction shall be completed within the contract award amount and construction shall be performed within the period of performance.
