All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration. The term is eight years (8) with termination rights in whole by the Government. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 30, 2010. ALL EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST submitted by brokers/agents shall include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available square feet and rent rate per square foot in Rentable and ANSI/BOMA 3.
