The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 2,440 rentable square feet of professional office space within a designated area in Sacramento, CA, for a period not exceeding five years, with the possibility of termination rights. The space must meet specific requirements, including full-service leasing terms and on-site parking for up to seven government vehicles available 24/7. The current lease is expiring, and the government is evaluating whether relocating to alternative space would be cost-effective, considering factors such as moving expenses, tenant improvements, telecommunication infrastructure, and potential agency downtime. The designated area is bounded roughly by W. National Drive to the north, Teralba Way to the south, Rock Hampton Drive to the east, and Airport Road to the west. Interested parties, including building owners and their representatives with exclusive rights to lease or represent the property, are invited to submit responses electronically by December 10, 2024. Submissions must include relevant documentation such as exclusivity agreements or representation letters. The government emphasizes that the offered space must comply with all lease requirements. For further details or to submit a proposal, respondents can contact Michael S. Jo, a Realty Specialist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District, via email or phone.
