U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) seeks to lease parking space

The Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing approximately 250 secured surface parking spaces, unreserved, within a one-mile radius of 12445 E Caley Ave, Centennial, Colorado. The contract term under consideration is for five years, with the first three years firm. This request, issued as a Sources Sought Notice, is solely for gathering information from property owners, lessors, or authorized agents and does not represent a solicitation or guarantee of contract award. The government will not compensate respondents for any submissions. Interested parties are requested to provide details including the property address and its proximity to the target location, the total number of secured parking spaces available, a description of security features such as fencing, gates, lighting, and surveillance, confirmation that the parking spaces can be offered as a single contiguous lot, ownership or management contact information, and an expression of interest in a five-year lease term. Responses must be submitted within 10 business days from the notice posting date.
