This notice is strictly for market research and does not constitute a solicitation, request for proposal, or any commitment to award a contract. The contractor must uphold original equipment manufacturer specifications and comply with all applicable U.S. Navy, Defense Health Agency, Joint Commission, and federal cybersecurity regulations. Maintenance services must cover full system integrity, including networked components and embedded systems, with work performed during standard business hours and available around the clock for critical emergencies. Responses must include completed Attachment 1 and be submitted by the deadline of July 7, 2026, with inquiries directed exclusively via email to the designated point of contact.
