U.S. Senate Industrial Web-fed Press System

The United States Senate, Office of the Sergeant at Arms, is soliciting quotations for an Industrial Web-fed Press System under RFQ 2026-R-050, with a submission deadline of June 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET. The procurement is for a single system capable of duplex/perfecting four-color process printing, supporting roll widths from 14 to 22 inches and core sizes of 3 or 6 inches, with media compatibility for paper weights between 45 and 270 gsm and minimum speeds of 250 fpm at 1200 x 1200 dpi or 450 fpm at 1200 x 600 dpi. The system must include integrated components such as a JDF-capable camera system, ink nozzle monitoring, ICC profile color management software, an inline quality control camera, an inline media pre-treatment system, and RIP software compatible with Eco3 Apogee. Optional Web-fed Finishing Line Equipment and additional features are also part of the solicitation. The offeror must maintain an active SAM registration, provide a Unique Entity Identifier, and, if a reseller, submit proof of direct authorization from a U.S.-based OEM. The equipment must be UL certified, include a built-in humidity control system, and provide ventilation for airborne contaminants, with a Supply Chain Risk Management program aligned to NIST SP 800-161 and comprehensive auditing and logging capabilities. The Contractor must provide one year of maintenance and technical support, including telephone support from 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM and an on-site response within four business hours. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Senate in Washington, DC 20510, and the Contractor is responsible for removing all packaging and shipping materials after installation.
