THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY - The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with The Balm In Gilead, Inc., 130 West 42nd Street, Suite 450, New York, NY 10036. The purpose of this procurement is to allow the contractor to conduct skill building workshops, during the 2003 the Black Church HIV/AIDS Training Institute and to develop faith-based training manual entitled Getting Started: Informational Bulletin for your HIV Ministry. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions. The period of performance for this project is 4 months.
